CLS Capital Partners, the wholly owned investment subsidiary of CLS Holdings
plc, is pleased to announce its investment in the equity of nGame Limited
alongside Oxygen Holdings PLC.

nGame was founded by Cambridge graduates in 1997.  It is a provider of
interactive game content for WAP and next generation entertainment channels.
