CLS Holdings plc ('CLS')


The following replaces the 'Purchase of Own Securities' announcement released on
Monday 30 December 2002 at 12.16 under RNS Number 6429F.

The number of shares purchased was 75,000, not 50,000 as previously announced.

The full amended text appears below.



'On 27 December 2002 CLS purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 209p per share
under its existing authority to make market purchases. Following the
cancellation of these 75,000 Ordinary Shares, CLS's issued share capital will
stand at 94,179,431 Ordinary Shares.'


As announced on 2 January 2003, CLS also purchased for cancellation a further
50,000 Ordinary Shares on 30 December 2002 at 209p per share. CLS's issued share
capital therefore today stands at 94,129,431 Ordinary Shares.
