CLS Holdings PLC 14 April 2003 Embargoed: 0700hrs, 14 April 2003 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') MAJOR OFFICE LETTINGS AT COMPUTER HOUSE, GREAT WEST ROAD, BRENTFORD, WEST LONDON CLS is pleased to announce three significant lettings totalling 4,452 sq m (47,940 sq ft) of office space at Computer House. Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc has taken the entire 4th - 9th floors, totalling 2,973 sq m (32,004 sq ft). The offices will be occupied by Pet Plan and will form its principal London headquarters. Steria Ltd, a subsidiary of Bull Information Systems Ltd, has taken the entire 1st and 2nd floors, totalling 986 sq m (10,624 sq ft). Cara Information Technology Ltd has taken a lease of the 3rd floor comprising 493 sq m (5,312 sq ft). In each case new 10 year leases have been granted (save for the lease of the 2nd floor which expires in December 2003) and the rents achieved are in the order of £183 per sq m (£17 per sq ft). Only the top two floors now remain, namely the 10th and 11th, which provide a total of 859 sq m (9,250 sq ft). Both floors offer spectacular views. Hodnett Martin Smith are letting agents for CLS.
