Purchase of Own Shares
Following the announcement made yesterday, on 20 July 2000
CLS Holdings plc purchased a further 8,000 of its own
shares; 5,000 shares were purchased at a price of 195p per
share and 3,000 shares were purchased at a price of 200p
per share.
