CLS Holdings PLC 26 November 2003 Embargoed: 0700hrs 26 November 2003 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') PROPERTY SALES - £12.3 MILLION COOMBE HILL HOUSE, NEW MALDEN AND COLNE HOUSE, WATFORD CLS is pleased to announce the sale of Coombe Hill House, New Malden and Colne House, Watford to the Scarborough Property Group for a total consideration of £12.3 million, representing a net profit of £700,000. Built in 1990, Coombe Hill House is a 3,530 sq m (38,000 sq ft) office building let to Interval International Limited at £673,000 per annum. This lease expires in May 2016 and the tenant has a break option in September 2011. Colne House was built in the mid 1980's and provides 2,299 sq m (24,747 sq ft) let to Hitachi Europe Limited at a rent of £670,000 per annum. This lease expires in September 2010. Lambert Smith Hampton and FPD Savills advised CLS.
