CLS Holdings PLC 10 April 2002 Embargoed until: 0700hours, 10 April 2002 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') ANNOUNCES NEW PRE-LETTING AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK, STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN The Board of CLS is pleased to announce the completion of a further pre-letting at Frasaren 11, Solna Business Park. A total of 775 sq m (8,327 sq ft) of accommodation has been pre-let to Green Cargo AB at a commencing aggregate annual rent of SEK 1,666,250 (£113,119). Green Cargo AB, which is owned by the Swedish Government, already occupies 4,150 sq m (44,592 sq ft) at the building. The premises now let form part of the fifth floor at Frasaren 11. The initial annual rent achieved is SEK 2,150 per sq m (146 per sq ft). The lease is for a fixed period of seven years and one month from 1 September 2002 with an option for a three year extension at its expiry in September 2009. The rent is subject to annual indexation from 1 January 2003, based on a figure of SEK 1,336,875 (£90,757) to reflect any increase in the Swedish equivalent of the Retail Price Index based at the figure in October 2001.
