that on 29th May 2003 Dan Baverstam, a director of the Company, purchased 1,600 
shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 215 pence per share.

Dan Baverstam is now interested in 38,035 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in 
the capital of the Company.
