that on 10th December 2002 Dan Baverstam, a director of the Company, purchased
1,000 shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 210 pence per share.

Dan Baverstam is now interested in 37,836 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in 
the capital of the Company.
