CLS Holdings PLC ('the Company')

In accordance with paragraph 16.3 of the Listing Rules I write to inform you
that on 9 November Thomas Lundqvist, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 205 pence per
share.

Thomas Lundqvist is now interested in 118,414 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
in the capital of the Company.
