Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 28 May 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 5,639 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices of between 450.5 pence and 458 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 May 2010.   Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,063,297 Ordinary Shares (53.07%).
