CLS Holdings PLC 4 October 2000 The issuer has made the following amendment to the New Business Park Letting announcement released today at 14.25 under RNS No 0077S. The first paragraph should read 'The Board at CLS is pleased to announce the completion of a further letting in 'Smeden' at Solna Business Park' and not 'The Board at CLS is pleased to announce the completion of a further letting in 'Sweden' at Solna Business Park' as previously shown. All other details remain unchanged. The full corrected version is shown below. ------------------------------------------------------------------- CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') ANNOUNCES NEW LETTING AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK STOCKHOLM The Board at CLS is pleased to announce the completion of a further letting in Smeden at Solna Business Park. A total of 1,437 m2 (15,440 ft2) of office and warehouse accommodation has been let to Etrem AB, at an aggregate annual rent of SEK 1,966,620 (£138,004). The rent achieved for the office of SEK 1,560/m2 (£10.19/ft2) is at a level significantly higher higher than rents for similar space in the building and shows strong growth from the estimated rental value at the time of acquisition. The lease will expire at the same time as the other leases in the building, enabling a comprehensive refurbishment at that time. The warehouse accommodation has been let at SEK 860/m2 (£5.62/ft2). CLS will carry out a refurbishment of the accommodation at a cost of SEK 4,400,000 (£308,761). Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said; 'This letting increases our cashflow, whilst short term development plans continue. Committed rental income has increased from SEK 58.7 million (£4.1 million) per annum to SEK 83.0 million (£5.8 million) per annum since we acquired the property.'
