   Eclectic Group Limited ('Eclectic') achieve highest Oracle PartnerNetwork
                             Membership Designation

Glen is pleased to confirm that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Eclectic, has
achieved Certified Advantage Partner status in the Oracle PartnerNetwork and has
become one of only seven UK Value Added Reseller partners to hold the
designation. Eclectic specialises in the delivery of Business Intelligence
('BI') solutions.

In order to achieve Certified Advantage Partner status, Eclectic proved both its
technical and commercial skills, and demonstrated ability to deliver high
quality service whilst meeting demanding revenue targets.

Eclectic has achieved this designation through investment in its Oracle BI
practice and a complete focus on the delivery of expert Oracle services. Over
the last year Eclectic's Oracle practice has quadrupled in size and covers a
full range of services including, BI, Data Warehousing, Identity Management and
expert Data Base Administration solutions. Eclectic's commitment to the
