                 Results for the year ended 30th September 2006

As a result of the significantly increased level of reporting requirements under
the first time adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards ('IFRS')
to the year end results, the Board of Glen Group plc now expect to issue its
final results for the year ended 30th September 2006 in January 2007.
