The Company has been advised today that on 15 February 2006 Hoodless Brennan Plc
acquired 30,000,000 shares in Glen Group, they then subsequently
sold 5,295,000 ordinary shares in the Company bringing their total shareholding
to 25,018,000 representing approximately 7.65% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
