The Company announces that it was notified today that Graham John Duncan, Chief
Executive Officer, bought 282,106 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') today at a price of £0.0075 per share. Following this purchase Mr
Duncan is interested in 22,821,314 Ordinary Shares representing 6.96 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it was notified today that Peter James Ford, Non
Executive Director, bought 282,106 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') today at a price of £0.0075 per share. Following this purchase Mr Ford
is interested in 20,014,475 Ordinary Shares representing 6.11 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
