Glen Group PLC 05 May 2005 Glen Group plc Date: 5th May 2005 Glen Group strengthens it's Management Team Edinburgh based Glen Group plc, the AIM listed IT and communications integration business, announces the appointment of Craig Saunderson as Head of Sales to its operating company, Glen Communications Ltd. Mr Saunderson, previously Corporate Sales Manager at Enline plc where he ran the direct sales team, is experienced in winning and managing IT and communication contracts and will drive Glen's sales programme as it continues to expand south from Scotland into Northern England. Craig will be based in Sheffield. The move follows Glen's recruitment drive announced earlier this year, and means the Group is now well placed to increase its sales and management of integrated IT and communications products and services, with a particular emphasis on Internet Protocol (IP) technologies, targeted at the SME market. Glen also intends expanding its operations through acquisitions into related services and into other geographic areas when suitable target companies have been identified. Commenting on the appointment, Graham J Duncan, Glen's Chief Executive commented: 'Craig brings a great deal of experience to the Group, having previously secured business from the SME market and from a number of major UK companies including Network Rail, British Aerospace, Diageo, Co-operative Financial and Pinsent Masons.
