Announcement of date for Preliminary Results

& Annual General Meeting

for the year ended 30th September 2010

 

Pinnacle Telecom Group plc (the 'Company')

 

Pinnacle Telecom Group plc, (AIM: PINN) the AIM listed provider of integrated telecommunications solutions, today announces that it will be releasing its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 30th September 2010 on Monday 21st February 2011.

 

The Company also announces today that date of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been scheduled for Monday 28 March 2011 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP, 18 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4DF.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 30th September 2010, together with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders at the beginning of March 2011. Copies (excluding Form of Proxy) will be available from the Company's registered office at 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD or by visiting the Company website at www.pinnacletelecomgroup.co.uk
