Result of AGM



Cardinal Resources plc (AIM:CDL) ('Cardinal' or 'the Company'), an independent
oil and gas exploration and production company operating in Ukraine, announces
that at its Annual General Meeting held today, ordinary resolutions 1-6 proposed
to shareholders were passed. Special Resolution 7, to authorise the directors of
the Company to disapply pre-emption rights, was rejected by 28,073,830 votes to
32,124,639 votes, representing 46.64% of votes cast for the resolution and
53.36% of votes cast against the resolution, respectively.
