CARDINAL RESOURCES PLC SENDS UPDATED EGM NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
LONDON - Thursday, 1 March 2007

Cardinal Resources plc (AIM:CDL) ('Cardinal' or 'the Company'), an independent

mailed a new notice to shareholders in respect of the change in date announced
earlier this week for the extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') which will now
