Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 24 April 2018 (the "Final Terms") for Close Brothers Group plc (the "Issuer") £250,000,000 2.750 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 26 April 2023 (the "Notes") under the £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer (the "Programme").

The Final Terms of the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 13 April 2018 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC (and amendments thereto, including Directive 2010/73/EU).
