CleanTech Lithium PLC ("CTL", "CleanTech Lithium" or the "Company"), a company involved in the exploration and development of three lithium projects in Chile, is pleased to announce that notice of a General Meeting of the Company (the "GM") has been published.

The notice of GM and shareholder circular are available on the Company's website at www.ctlithium.com.

The GM is set to be held at CleanTech Lithium PLC, de Carteret House, 7 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3BT on Monday 14 November 2022 at 10.00am.
