interest in 908,225 shares which represents 5.325% of the ordinary issued share
capital of the Company.

The shares are held by two Lloyds TSB group companies:

Lloyds TSB Private Banking                     4,833 shares
Scottish Widows Investment Partnership       903,422 shares
