The Company announces that Jeff Woyda, Executive Director, was today granted an option over 572 ordinary shares of £0.25 in the Company, at an option price of £31.44, pursuant to the terms of the Clarkson PLC ShareSave Plan.

Following the above transaction, which is detailed in the attached PDMR Notification Dealing Form, the Director's interests in the Company's share capital are as follows:
