Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Restricted Share Awards granted to Directors on 1 May 2012 in fulfilment of the share element of the 2011 bonus, as disclosed in the annual report, vested on 30 April 2016.  Consequently 29,241 shares were transferred to Mr A Case and 6,235 shares were transferred to Mr J Woyda.

In order to meet their tax liability which was incurred on the day of vesting, Mr Case sold 13,778 shares and Mr Woyda sold 2,938 shares at a price of £23.05 per share. Mr Case retained 15,463 shares and Mr Woyda retained 3,297 shares.

Following the above transactions, the Directors' interest in the Company's share capital is as follows:-
