This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 22 March 2010, the following transactions over ordinary shares in the Company were made by Directors of the Company.

RM Stopford

The Performance Share Awards granted on 2 July 2007 matured and in accordance with the performance conditions, 18,068 shares lapsed and 18,067 were awarded to Mr Stopford.

Following this transaction Mr Stopford had 76,357 shares outstanding under performance share awards, and he held 31,841 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

JD Woyda

The Performance Share Awards granted on 2 July 2007 matured and in accordance with the performance conditions 20,075 shares lapsed and 20,075 were awarded to Mr Woyda.

Following this transaction Mr Woyda had 84,841 shares remaining outstanding under performance share awards and he held 20,075 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

The above transactions took place in London on 22 March 2010.
