The Company announces that Edmond Warner, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as non-executive chairman of Panmure Gordon & Co. plc with effect from 1 October 2010. Mr Warner was appointed as a non-executive director of Panmure Gordon & Co. plc on 1 December 2009.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
