CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
Following the passing of a Special Resolution at this morning's Annual General
Meeting of the Company and the filing of the appropriate resolutions at
Companies House, Horace Clarkson PLC has changed its name and is now known as:
Clarkson PLC
