Director Shareholding


The Company was today informed that on 24 September 2007 Doug Allison (Finance
Director) exercised options over 52,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') held by the City of London Employee Share Option
Trust ('the ESOP').  The exercise price paid by Mr. Allison was 45p per Ordinary
Share.  As a result of this transaction, Mr. Allison is now interested in
228,125 Ordinary Shares representing 0.85% of the issued share capital and there
remain 2,150,625 Ordinary Shares held in the ESOP representing 8.03% of the
issued share capital.
