The Company has been advised that Carlos Yuste, on 7^th April 2010, exercised options over 66,650 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 45p per share. Following this exercise, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 314,925 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
