                    New Chief Executive, Changes in Holdings


Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (the Company) is pleased to announce the
election and appointment of Mr Alfred Wuttke as chief executive of the Company,
effective 19 October 2006. Mr Mansoor Ijaz, previously chief executive, has
assumed the post of deputy chairman of the Board of Directors and executive
director, effective from the same date. Mr Wuttke was formerly deputy chief of
the UBS branch in Stuttgart and brings over 20 years of banking and finance
experience to the Company's management team.


The Company also reports that Mr Wuttke received 1,000,000 shares representing
1.23% of the outstanding shares of the Company, raising the overall holdings of
Mr Wuttke and his family from 9.48% to 10.71% as of 17 October 2006. The
additional shares were acquired from shares held by Mr Klaus Foerster acting as
trustee for Poseidon, Apollo and Neptune investors in the Company for no
consideration on 17 October 2006.
