              Appointment of Director and Resignation of Director


Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC ('the Company' or 'Hydropolis') is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Larry Jean Woolf, Sr., also known as Larry Gene
Woolf, as a non-executive director with immediate effect.


Mr Woolf, aged 62, is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Navegante Group in Las Vegas,
Nevada and Director of Navegante CA., Inc. Navegante is one of the world's
leading gaming and casino consultants and operators, and is fully licensed by
the Nevada Gaming Commission. Mr Woolf is Chief Executive of Amazing Holdings
Plc ('Amazing') (AIM::AMZ). Amazing is a property development group involved in
the establishment of a Casino hotel resort in the Pescadores, Taiwan. Mr Woolf
is a non-executive director of Cyberview Technology, Inc., which is a world
leader in downloadable server-based distributed gaming systems. Mr Woolf is also
a managing member of a number of Navegante related companies including Nav Strip
LLC, Nav Elko LLC, Nav-Reno-GS LLC, Navegante Gaming/Play LV LLC and Carson
Gaming LLC.





'Larry Woolf has extensive experience in leisure resort developments, including
hotels. He brings integrity, intelligence and a wealth of management experience
as we undertake the next phase of development at Hydropolis', said Mansoor Ijaz,
Deputy Chairman of the board. 'I fully support the vision of Mansoor and Achim
Hauser in their efforts to bring underwater resorts to reality', said Mr Woolf.


No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and
Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.


Hydropolis further announces that Mr. Joachim Kundt, executive vice president of
Siemens AG, has today resigned as a director of the Company. The Board wishes to
thank Mr. Kundt for his past service to Hydropolis. The Company will continue
its systems engineering and technological cooperation with Siemens AG in the
development of Hydropolis hotels and resorts worldwide.
