                            Changes to Shareholdings


Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (the Company) announces that certain of the
family members of Mr. Alfred Wuttke, non-executive director of the Company, have
received 2,000,000 shares representing 2.47% of the outstanding shares of the
Company, raising the overall holdings of Mr. Wuttke and his family from 7.01% to
9.48% as of 25 September 2006.


The additional shares were acquired from shares held by Mr. Klaus Foerster
acting as trustee for Poseidon, Apollo and Neptune investors in the Company for
no consideration on 25 September 2006.


Save as disclosed, there is no other relevant information required under the AIM
Rules.
