                            Resignation of Directors

Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC ('the Company' or 'Hydropolis') announces that
at the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held on the 12th December
2007, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

On the passing of these resolutions, Mr Alfred Wuttke and Mr Larry Woolf have
resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect. The board of
directors of the Company wishes to thank Mr. Wuttke and Mr Woolf for their past
service to Hydropolis.
