Notification under Rule 5.6.1 Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules:

The Company's issued share capital at 30 September 2022 consisted of 66,613,784 ordinary shares of ten pence each with voting rights admitted to trading. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
