Further to the announcements of 9 March 2021, the Company is pleased to announce in compliance with AIM Rule 20 that, a circular has been sent to shareholders giving notice of a General Meeting, the circular is available to view at www.wandisco.com in compliance with AIM Rule 26.

The General Meeting is to be held at the offices of WANdisco Plc at Castle House, 1-13 Angel Street, Sheffield S3 8LN at 9.00 a.m. on 29 March 2021.
