Director's dealing following exercise of options

The Company has been advised by Paul Harrison, Chief Financial Officer, that on 17 March 2016 he completed the exercise of 298,183 nominal value options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in WANdisco, and the subsequent sale of 177,013 of these shares in order to fund the tax liability resulting from the exercise of options. The shares were sold at a volume-weighted average price of 96.75 pence per share. Mr Harrison did not receive any net sale proceeds. These options were otherwise due to lapse on 17 March 2016.

As a result of these transactions, Paul Harrison has an interest in, through either share ownership or options, 451,455 WANdisco shares, representing 1.51% of WANdisco's total share capital.
