Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) provides the following notification of a transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

On 24 November 2023, Helen Carroll , VP Marketing , purchased 18,635 Ordinary Shares in Cirata at an average price of 61.6 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase Helen Caroll will be the beneficial owner of 72,144 ordinary shares[1], representing 0.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
