The following amendment has been made to the Application for Admission announcement released on 16 July at 16.00 under RNS Number: 5267M.

The figure 274,477 has now been changed to 274,476.

Application for Admission

WANdisco plc (LSE: WAND), the leading provider of continuous availability software for global enterprises to meet the challenges of Big Data, announces that in order to satisfy the share consideration relating to the acquisition of OhmData as announced by the Company on 30 June 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 274,476 ordinary shares.

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 274,476 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. Admission is expected to take place on 17 July 2014.
