Total Voting Rights and Home State Announcement

The Company makes the following announcements today in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules:

Total Voting Rights

As at 30 November 2015, the Company had in issue 265,226,977 ordinary shares, nominal value 1p per share, each with one voting right.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

No shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.

Home State

For the purposes of DTR 6.4.2R, the Home State of Cineworld Group plc is the United Kingdom.
