Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 27 June 2008 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 256.5 pence per Ordinary Share. On 30 June 2008 the Company bought a further 12,400 Ordinary Shares at a price of 260.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares will be held in Treasury.

As a result of this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 10,899,476 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 48,400 treasury shares.
