Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Churchill China plc
would like to notify the market of the following information about the total
voting rights of its issued share capital:

Churchill China's issued share capital at 30 April 2007 comprises 10,945,876
shares of 10 p each.  The Company does not have any Treasury Shares or any other
non voting shares.

The total number of voting rights in 10,945,876 shares is therefore 10,945,876.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Churchill China plc under the
FSA's  Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
