NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2013 on Thursday 27 March 2014.
