ISSUE OF EQUITY



The Company announces that it has issued 43,750  new ordinary shares of 10p
pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company's share option
plans.



Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to be on Tuesday 24 April 2007.
