                        Notification of Interim Results


On behalf of our client, Churchill China plc, we notify the London Stock
Exchange that the Company will be announcing its Interim Results for the six
months ended 30 June 2005 on Wednesday 31 August, 2005.



An analyst meeting will be held at 10:00 am on the day and a press meeting will
follow at 11:30 am. A lunchtime meeting for Private Client Brokers will be held
at 12:45 pm. All three meetings will be held at Buchanan Communications, 107
Cheapside, EC2V 6DN.
