The Company was advised on Friday 3 September 2004 that Land Finance Limited
sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 0.2% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company. Following the sale Land Finance Limited now holds
425,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company representing
approximately 3.9% of the issued ordinary share capital.



On Monday 6 September the Company was advised that Henderson Global Investors
had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 0.5% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. Following this purchase Henderson Global
Investors now hold 340,000 ordinary shares of 10p each representing
approximately 3.2% of the issued ordinary share capital.
