HOLDING IN COMPANY



In accordance with s198 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the Company was
today notified by INVESCO English and International Trust plc, that it had
acquired an interest in 385,880 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 3.6 per cent. of the issued share capital.



The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
