HOLDINGS IN COMPANY


The Company has today been notified by Steelite International plc, under s 198 -
202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, that it has sold its entire holding
of 1,826,774 shares representing 17.07 per cent of the issued share of the
Company.


Churchill's stockbroker, Williams de Broe, has successfully placed all of these
shares mainly with new institutional shareholders.
