DISCLOSABLE INTEREST

In  accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
(as  amended).  Steelite International Plc  notified  the
company  on  the  6  July 2000 that it has  a  beneficial
interest in 1,826,774 ordinary shares representing  17.15
per cent. of the issued share capital of the company.
