The  company  has  today been notified of  the  following
transactions  by directors of the company which  occurred
on 16 June 2000.

Purchase at 98.5p per share

A D Roper (as  trustee for  S  Roper)     75,000           0.7

The  beneficial owner of both holdings is A D & P H Roper
Trustees.

Following these transactions the interest of Mr A D Roper
(including  that  of  his  connected  persons) in the
company's issued share capital, is as follows:

transactions  by directors of the company which  occurred
on 19 June 2000.

The beneficial owner of the holding is Mrs J M Taylor.
