Directorate and Company Secretary Update

Further to the announcement made on the 13 December 2022, Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, confirms that David Taylor, Finance Director and Company Secretary, stepped down from the Board yesterday, as part of the Company's succession planning process.

Alan McWalter, Chairman of Churchill China, said:  "On behalf of the Company I would like to thank David for his tremendous contribution to the development of the Churchill business, his support of the succession process and wish him all the very best for his future career endeavours." 

Commenting, David Taylor said:  "I have been privileged to work in a great business and with so many colleagues who have demonstrated enormous talent, energy and commitment towards building the successful Company that Churchill is today. I wish the business well for the future."

The Company also announced on the 20 December 2022 that Michael Cunningham would be joining the Board as Chief Financial Officer during 2023. The Company is pleased to announce that Michael will join the Company and the Board as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 June 2023 and looks forward to welcoming him to the Board.

In addition, Marc Sinclair has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. Marc is a Chartered Accountant and has held the position of Group Financial Controller since joining Churchill in January 2018.
